König + Neurath sharpens its positioning for Orgatec

Orgatec is the grand finale of this year's Barcamp series, which has travelled to six German cities," says Lorch. The extremely positive feedback from our guests and partners shows that we have focussed on the important topics of leadership, mental health, change and AI."

The motto "CONNECT.COLLAB.CREATE." makes it clear how joint exchange characterises cooperation. "We connect people and organisations, share knowledge and ideas. This is how we find new ways to shape the work culture of tomorrow," says the CEO, describing the company's strengths. "In our collaboration, we support our partners from the initial analysis through to long-term service and ensure simple processes." With the knowledge gained through exchange and cooperation, the manufacturer designs "future-oriented furniture and room solutions made in Germany," emphasises Marc W. Lorch.

What this looks like in concrete terms can be experienced at the 750 square metre stand A010-C019 in Hall 9. In addition to a round stage on which various speakers will inspire the audience, a makers space, a gaming zone, an area in the Waldbaden design and plenty of space for dialogue are planned - in cooperation with universities, reveals Marc W. Lorch. Designer Carolina Meseguer Girbés will be presenting the results of the cooperation with the University of Design in Schwäbisch Gmünd and showing how the mutual exchange of ideas inspires product development. "Our trade fair stand will be recognisable from afar thanks to the iconic space. On various projection screens, we will give visitors a look behind the scenes - into our production site and everyday working life." The manufacturer's diverse product world, high-quality office furniture and room systems, can also be experienced. According to Marc W. Lorch, product highlights include the new modular and resource-saving ACTA.PRO shelving system and the cosy NET.WORK.PLACE Wave lounge series. The trade fair appearance will be complemented by the presentation of the extended, digital consulting tools of the K+N WORK.CULTURE.MAP and the K+N STYLE.FINDER, which visualise the individual work culture and translate it into holistic room scenarios.

König + Neurath is presenting an exclusive event programme with top-class speakers as part of the iba Work Culture Festival "Wherever Whenever". Every day from 11am to 4pm, the team led by Georg Frech, Head of the K+N Academy, will present topics and impulses relating to the working world of the future. The K+N IMPULSE.HUB will feature the following speakers with exciting keynotes:

• "Why we are all architects. What leadership can learn from the construction site." by and with the architect Apameh Schönauer
• "How we will live and work in the future", impulses from futurologist David Borst
• "Stay cool! Step by step through the VUCA world" with future work skills specialist Dennis Fischer

Sustainability has been a matter close to König + Neurath's heart since the 1990s and an essential part of the company's strategy. This is reflected in the design of the exhibition stand. "The event space is designed in accordance with our high sustainability standards, which have been certified many times over. For us, this starts with product development, production and the selection of materials and includes R strategies such as repair, refurbish, reuse and recycling.
