König + Neurath stands for full service from A to Z. That's why the personal delivery of our furniture by our own employees is an important part of our comprehensive service promise. What begins with the careful planning and production of your new working environment is finalised with this step.
Our own fleet of lorries with permanently employed drivers has guaranteed the fulfilment of this quality standard for years - and achieves an extraordinarily high level of satisfaction with the delivery to our customers. From September 2018, all vehicles in our fleet will fulfil the Euro6 standard and thus achieve the current optimum level of environmental friendliness for combustion engines. They drive cleanly and fuel-efficiently with minimised pollutant emissions. Compared to the Euro5 standard, which is still common today, nitrogen oxide emissions have been reduced by 80%.
We leave nothing to chance when it comes to ensuring the operational availability of our vehicles. It is therefore only logical that we maintain our own in-house garage, petrol station and even a truck wash for the maintenance of our trucks. This is how we ensure our service – down to the last screw.

The delivery of the furniture is the final stage in the process of designing new office environments - and also your first encounter with your future working environment. At this interface, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service.
Modern logistics software enables us to plan routes in detail and organise freight economically. Our lorries therefore operate with the best possible capacity utilisation and are therefore as environmentally friendly as possible. In addition, we are able to deliver with above-average reliability and punctuality - and at the same time respond flexibly to individual customer requests. This is possible because we can track our lorries' routes electronically at all times.
For transparency in delivery
Our K+N "Call the truck" app offers you a very special service: you can use it to contact the driver personally from one day before delivery to provide details or changes to the delivery.
Assembling support is a matter for professionals: Competent. Customer-oriented.
The order does not end with the delivery of our products. We also place the highest demands on our assembly and service work. For König + Neurath, these are just as much core competences as the manufacture of the "hardware". We attach particular importance to this
Highly qualified and experienced fitters guarantee fast and careful assembly. A nationwide network of well-coordinated assembly teams offers our customers the greatest possible flexibility. This service also allows short response times. A professionally equipped service van with a wide range of spare parts is available if required. Regular training courses for our specialised trade partners and our own staff ensure that our technical expertise is continually updated.
